Mainly focusing his practice on pop culture, technology, humour and his gay experience, Adams' artwork is colourful, bold and unapologetic. He produces paintings, both physical and digital, sculptures, clothing, photography and writing.
Currently working as the Junior Body Piercer at Living Colour Tattoo Studio in downtown Ottawa. Mat Adams is also a volunteer contributor for arts and culture blog Apt613 and is one of hosts of the improve comedy storytelling podcast Unofficial Biography.
